How has COVID-19 changed your life?

I’m a musician and a chef. Both of those professions are social in nature and I have had to place all of the plans I made at the end of 2019 on hold. I am grateful that I didn’t get too far with my plans though because this down time has allowed me to think about how I can restructure my business models. For instance, I wanted to open a restaurant this year and then I found out about cloud kitchens which is basically like co-packing for restaurants. So while COVID-19 has thwarted my plans, I’m cautiously optimistic about the future and I’m glad to be in a city that’s been proactive when it comes to this crisis.
